1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to liatogel. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal contract between you ("Player" or "User") and liatogel ("Platform", "us") governing access to and use of the website, mobile app and all services provided by liatogel.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or simply browsing the liatogel platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the liatogel platform.

This document should be read alongside the liatogel Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and our platform.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the liatogel platform, you must meet all the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into valid and binding contracts.
• Not on the self-exclusion list of any platform or gaming body.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party when registering or playing.
• Register and play using true and accurate personal information.

Liatogel reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or account closure. 3 Registration & Account Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold only one liatogel account. Ownership of more than one account by the same individual — even under different names or using different contact information — is a serious breach of these terms and may result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of fund balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide complete and accurate information including full name, active email address and valid Malaysian mobile phone number. All this information will be verified through the standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process implemented by the liatogel security team.

• Your username and password are your personal responsibility — do not share them with anyone.
• Immediately notify liatogel support if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Liatogel will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a player sharing their login credentials.
• KYC identity verification process is required before the first withdrawal or when balance reaches certain limits.

Activation of biometric login features via the liatogel mobile app is optional for players and serves as an additional security layer. This feature does not replace the full KYC process required for fund withdrawals.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Liatogel supports a range of local Malaysia payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposits are typically credited to your liatogel account instantly or within 5 minutes, depending on the payment method chosen. If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact our customer support with proof of transaction.

• Minimum deposit: MYR 10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 30.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for deposits.
• Withdrawal processing time: less than 3 minutes for e-Wallet methods; up to 1 business day for FPX.
• Liatogel does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals.

Funds in your liatogel account do not earn interest. Account balances that remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee as outlined in our inactive account policy.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Liatogel offers a variety of promotions and bonuses for new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal from bonus funds can be processed.

• The welcome bonus is only available to players making their first deposit.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.

6 Game Rules & Player Conduct

• Exploiting technical errors or game bugs to gain illegitimate wins is a breach of terms.

• Disruptive or threatening behaviour toward liatogel support staff may result in account suspension.

In the event of technical disruptions during a game session, liatogel will endeavor to resolve the situation fairly based on available system records. Wagering requirements will not be counted for game rounds left unresolved due to technical disruptions on the platform's side.

7 Security & Data Protection

• Violation of any term in this document.
• Account closure request by the player through official support channels.
• Player registers in a self-exclusion program.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting liatogel customer support. Valid remaining balances will be returned after all KYC requirements are met and after any outstanding bonus wagering requirements are accounted for.

9 Liability Limits

Liatogel provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we continually strive to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation, we cannot guarantee complete uptime at all times.

• Liatogel is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Liatogel is not responsible for platform access failures caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Any disputed game outcome will be resolved based on liatogel server system records which are considered final.

10 Terms and Conditions Amendment
